Representative Professional Activities and Achievements
Anna Chason joined the Law School in 2010. She is a cum laude graduate of Duke University, where she was named Benjamin N. Duke Scholar. She earned her J.D. at the University of North Carolina. Professor Chason was the Public Affairs Counsel for the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT) in Washington, DC, where she advanced the interests of NAREIT member firms before federal and state policymakers on real estate, tax, securities, and telecommunications issues. She has also served as an Associate for Perrin Quarles Associates (now SRA International); as Manager, Professional Conduct for the CFA Institute; and as an Associate with The Investment Fund for Foundations.
