Legal Advisor to Spanish Parliament (Senate). Professor, Internet Law and Government, Universidad Internacional de La Rioja. LL.B., Ph.D., Universidad Complutense de Madrid; Diploma in English Law, University of Kent; Visiting Research Fellow, Harvard Law School. Professor García Mexía is co-founder of Syntagma, Center of Strategic Studies, a private think-tank specializing in Internet, legal and good governance issues. A practicing lawyer, especially on Internet and ICT related legal issues, Professor García Mexía is an arbitrator for the World Bank, as well as an international consultant (United Nations, European Union). He has taught at the Law School's Madrid Summer Program since 1997 and at the Law School Campus since 2008.
