Co-author of Virginia Tidal and Coastal Law and author of articles in the Southern California, Illinois, Brigham Young University and William and Mary law reviews, among others.
Vice Dean 2000-2007; Acting Dean 2007-2009. Member (ex officio) of the Board of Governor's of the Real Property Section of the Virginia State Bar. Faculty advisor to the William and Mary Environmental Law and Policy Review and past president of the College's Faculty Assembly.
