Representative Professional Activities and Achievements
David Sella-Villa is an Assistant General Counsel for the South Carolina Department of Administration assigned to technology issues. He works on procurement and policy issues related to privacy, security, service consolidation, and data management. Prior to joining the Department of Administration, David worked as General Counsel for a publicly traded private aviation company. He has taught at William & Mary as an adjunct faculty member since 2013.
